OMGOSH... 1 year 13 days has passed by and without realising it, it seems like I've long forgotten about this blog?! o.O But anyway I'd let this be my first new post for the year 2007. :D

For the past year, I have gone through alot in life and accomplished a few tasks.

I enjoyed the time that I had gone through in Ohana, getting to my present post through continuous efforts. But somehow I can't contribute as much as before. Also, I met quite alot of Ohanians and managed to know some of them in the course of my mapling/Ohana career through outings and events. Knew someone who I liked there, but unfortunately infatuation and some other minor incidents seemed to be taking over my mind during my 2-months course of love-chase. =.=" All that changed xxxxnx's and her close friends' impression of me. :/

Last year I also encountered some major incidents [editing a forumner's post in the name of 'righteousness', bickering with some people over senseless stuff relating to me and my newsletter and picking up 'fights' because of that reason also] and felt devastated. But of course I did not want to leave Ohana considering the work, time and effort I had put in there. I could not even bear to leave my friends behind, especially my guildmates who went through my mapling life with me since Ohana's major expansion.

So, I believe that in the year 2007, Ohana can progress and improve further, especially when it is participating in new games such as AuditionSEA and TricksterOnline.

Looking back, I'd say that there's alot of dust to be cleaned off here; at my blog. I'd be changing the skin and adding a tagbox soon. tata.

Ahh, so many things have happened during the time I was away from blogging since I'm like too lazy to blog. =.= But anyway, I'll comment on the recent things that has happened.

First of all, my TaeKwonDo grading. So far it has been my 3rd grading and I'm doing it well, with a pass for each grading. But even then, I feel that I should try to aim for a double for my yellow belt pattern, Taeguk-1. Yesterday, it was a really cold and rainy day and I had a bad flu. Even then, I still felt that I had done reasonably well for the pattern and kickings. Well, this will be the last time the grading will be $15. From the next grading onwards in April, the fees will increase 66.66% to $25 which is quite a substantial sum when there are 4 gradings in a year.

Seondly, Ohana. So far, I have been doing fairly well in Ohana, with me myself being promoted to Member of OC and for about 3 weeks +, I even had EXCO powers, which meant that I can do alot in terms of moderation powers. But that ended in a very long story, which I do not wish to comment. Then again, Ohana has moved on to a new chapter with the release of the guild function in MSEA. With the new member hikari who came in on 13th December 2005, the forum has improved alot and all of us credited her for the work she has done for us ever since she was ordained as a Technical Admin after 2 to 3 days in the forum. Well, I was one of the first to talk to her when she came into the staff guild on that night she was appointed. After 1 week of interaction with her, I could really sense the warmth and brightness she could bring on to me. Even if she didn't ever reveal her face in the forum, I could already sense that she's very pretty and charming enough to make many guys go 'wow!'. Character wise, she's kind, helpful, rational, lovely, understanding, mature-minded and smart, which is what I mainly look for. After all, it is the inner beauty which matters more to me than external beauty, unless if the girl is too off-tune, that is. That is all I would say about hikari in my blog for now... since it's a public space.

Thirdly, studies. When the new semester started in November 2005, I was hoping that the modules I'm taking will not be too hard. But from what I see, AEL was a major killer, though the others were still relatively easy enough. Common test has just ended and I hope I'm able to obtain a better GPA at the end of the semester. Well, there's no reason for me to get 3.04 for my GPA last semester. (shucks)

Lastly, maple. I don't know why, but it seems that I'm not levelling fast enough, maybe beacuse there are still many things I have yet to know when it comes to training and building up on my character. But I hope I am able to level better and faster when I decide to train up on a new character, preferably a page or cleric.

Omgosh, I didn't know time actually flies so fast ever since my last post on my blog...
Anyway, I had just finished my end-of-semester exams on my 2 examinable modules. I'm pretty confident that I will be able to score at least an A for my EG1 since it's mostly repeated stuff to me. I'm quite worried about my ELTECH though.[prays hard that I don't drop to a B+ for that module] Although I know quite alot of ELTECH theory in my mind, some of it actually slipped from my mind while I was using up alot of brain cells to tackle the difficult questions. Anyways, I'll know my eventual fate and outcome on the 6th of October.

Further back, I had also went for night cycling organized by NP Primers. Quite fun though, even when I was only half-awake with sleepy eyes when I cycled my way back to the original meeting point. But the overall experience was still very enjoyable, I would say.

Then on the 2nd of Sept, I stayed overnight on campus for the Yellow Ribbon walk on the 3rd. The purpose of the walk was actually to raise awareness about ex-offenders who had been reformed and wanted to be given a new lease of life. The release of also coincided with the walk since the objective of the movie is similar to that of the walk itself, urging the society not to view ex-offenders with scepticism. All of us enjoyed ourselves very much even though everyone was tired at the end of the whole event and we all slept very soundly on the way back home and even as we reached home.

Now, I've found a job as a Consultant.[a more professional term for me given by my manager although I'm only in the company as a temporary staff] The working hours are 10 am to 5pm for me since the company only starts operating from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Saturday. Sundays may also be included since bes T5 consultancy is quite busy right now. Just hope that I'm more clear on how my 1k is being handled now. [As with most companies, they have a strict policy on fraud management. That means whatever $ I receive from investors/clients, I must declare immediately. Commercial fraud is a serious crime in Singpapore btw.]

eventful august

Hmm, looks like this August is gonna get quite eventful. Before I elaborate, I'd like to announce a good news and bad news. Good news is, Everyone in NP TKD passed the grading. Bad news is, no one, including me myself got a double for this grading... haizz.

Back to main, on Friday the 12th, I went to the MTE games and fun night. I was quite alone since I was the only one from my class that went to the event, though people from my LG12 lecture group/Taekwondo people could recognize me and all of us talked together. It looked like the $2 I had to pay for the event was worth it. Because I got a free door gift at the start and more importantly, a buffet dinner complete with a good barbecue where I ate to my heart's content, like everyone else. [I was amazed at the amount of BBQ food they had ordered for this event] I wasn't really very sure when the whole thing ended since I had left at about 9.10 to go home and get my bike for my expedition with my gang at 10pm later on. Basically, I was following the whole group to Bukit Batok's Alif Restaurant for some supper.[I ordered 3 drinks there btw.] Looks like their teh is quite nice though it's very sweet. Like many Malay/Indian Muslim coffeeshops, it's their creative, innovtive and satisfying drinks that really attract the crowds at night. No wonder Alif was so crowded with many cars parked on the main road when we reached that place. Then all of us cycled home passing Bukit Batok and Jurong East and reached home at about 12am. After all, the feeling of cycling at night is really wonderful especially when you can speed down pavements without having to slow down often. :D

Then yesterday, I was doing gamemaster work at one of the forty checkpoints in the CDB area. Basically, I was part of an event called Heritage Walk [夜寻历史] organized by PICO, an events management company. It was quite fun for me and Kah Chun, the leader to set up the checkpoint 29, which is optional for participants. Before that, I attended a briefing on what to do during the Heritage Walk and what was to be expected and so on.[my group was late and could only change into our tees during lunchtime] The lunch was a buffet spread with 2 main courses and 4 side dishes, though it was very average.[Friday's buffet was more delicious] At 2pm+, everyone packed up and brought the relevant props that were needed to set up the checkpoints. My team reached my checkpoint at the Merlion Park at around 2.40pm. The weather was hot and I was literally melting under the hot scorching sun. Though the breezes helped a little. At 3.30pm later, 3 more students from Changkat Changi Secondary came to join us in our work and by 3.45 pm, we had finished our set-up of the checkpoints though we still had to wait for the storyboard and the battery to arrive. All of us slacked until about 5+, when the first participants arrived. Basically, all our work was stamping 'passports', giving instructions to them and executing what we were supposed to do. All of us packed up at about 8.25pm and left at 8.35 when we were sure that there aren't any more contestants coming. Then my group proceeded to the plaza outside UOB building along Singapore River to meet up with everyone from NP who had participated in the event. Meanwhile, we had sponsored MacDonald's burgers and Milo for dinner. After some slacking around, we went off at about 10.15pm to go home by MRT. The ironic thing is, I actually went home by the round-loop North-South line which was like abit dumb to me, but never mind, since a few others going to Jurong East also went by that route. On the way home, all of us Primers talked among ourselves with one another. Just don't know why the other guy beside Terence was so horny when he asked about that girl in Ter's HP-.- Then everyone was tired by now and slept on the train until we reached our destinations... On the whole, everyone had a fun time slacking around, though we were tired.

To end off, I took 2 photos of the Merlion in the day and night and a lighted-up Esplanade at night. But I'm not really very sure how to upload them here...

Sorry folks for not having been blogging for a long time since I'm busy with my studies, Taekwondo training and Mapling too. Anyways, I'm updating on what I've done during this 3 weeks+.

Cycling Trip
Happened on Monday the 11th of July. Had a fun time cycling the whole of Pulau Ubin from 11 am to 5pm. Though this expedition was dominated mainly by LSCT people, but I still got along well with everyone. Best thing is, I got to know quite a number of chio bu-s in my group. :D hehe. :P Despite that the slopes were steep, quite a few accidents happened and everyone was tired due to the energy needed, our spirits were not ever dampened at all.

Common Test
It was on 18th and 19th of July, last week. I was lucky that I had only two modules to study for the common test. phew! I did very well for EG1, which was really simple maths for me, but I missed 1 or 2 marks off the distinction mark. As for ELTECH, I'm not very hopeful about it though, but I know I can still pass that module. Even if I can't get an A, please let me get a B.

Taekwondo
This is my main CCA and I'm quite worried as I may not be able to pass my very first grading. I didn't expect that even my main instructor can get so hopeless about me. :( That didn't stop me from telling myself that I won't ever let myself and NPtkd down. But anyway, I managed to do my pattern well on Sunday the 24th. The best I can hope for is a double. Please let me get it when I know my results after 2 to 3 weeks.

Lastly, I don't know why am I so not manly enough compared to other ordinary guys I see everywhere. To anyone who has a heart, I really urge those who really care, whether you are a guy or girl, to help me get out of my old self and lead the life of a person who can be confident. I'm saying this because the most senior man in my class, 29 years old by the way noticed that I tend to behave weirdly sometimes, though he does acknowledge that I'm still think like a man. Oh my gosh, I really feel so upset and hopeless whenever I think of myself. Haizz... That's all for now. Goodbye!

Well, yesterday afternoon, I went to watch Jay Chou's InitialD movie with Chou Meng, Shawn, Ryan, Ann Yong and How Chun. The movie is about racing at high speeds, making use of drifting to turn at bends. [Drifting stunts involved are real, ok? And they are professionally guided. Furthermore, when a cup of water is placed in Jay Chou's humble AE86, there was no spill at all despite drifting at high speeds and all the uphill/downhill moments.] I was abit late when I met the whole group and I even planned to ask ShiPei to come along with us. But since she's not free, then nvm. When we reached Plaza Singapura at 1.30pm, there was already a long queue at GV. When we bought the tix for the 3pm movie, there were only 3 rows left at the front. Nonetheless, the timing allowed us to have ample time to have lunch at Yoshinoya. It was my first time eating there but the food is still up to standard. When we went up to the cinema, it was exactly 3pm and the movie started at about 3.15pm, which is a nice timing. Basically, I enjoyed the show even till the very end, when the song Piao Yi was played at the ending part. Usually, most people will leave the cinema at the credits part but all of us stayed awhile longer to listen to the song.After the show, all of us went to Clementi for about 1 hour+ of pool before going home. Last but not least, Jay Chou rocks man! Although he was fighting with other makes of cars from other teams which are much better than his in terms of performance, he still managed to beat each one of them with his excellent driftings. After the engine of his car died during one of his racings, his father still insisted on changing the engine though the workshop boss said that buying a new car would be better. The performance of AE86 improved drastically after the change to a more powerful engine and that means drifts can be done at higher speeds. Overall, InitialD is a really nice movie which I think all of us shouldn't miss out.

MapleSEA

Last Saturday, I went to the official launch of MapleSEA after my BB Primers camp. I still had lotsa fun despite reaching there late at about 4pm. Anyway, I played one of the 2 games available during the tourney and it was a challenge to really aviod the obstcales. After my game, I chatted with the people who were there about Maplestory stuff and got a goodie bag consisting of The New Paper on Friday, Singpost stuff, Starhub promotions, a magazine featuring MapleSEA and a Gunbound water bottle[no more Asiasoft tees btw:(] Next, I went to meet Nicole at Wheelock place though I was abit lost when finding her. But still found her finally. :) She was with her guild members and I went with her to meet Shawn and his gang near Cuppage after she left her group of guild members. At Cuppage, I was there dota-ing and CS-ing[ok, I'm so very noob and inexperienced but no one laughed at me and Nicole who was also quite new to dota, but she's able to pick up dota better than me.] At about 8.30 there, the whole group left the LAN shop and went to PS's Long John Silvers to eat. Staying there for about 30 minutes, all of us left and went to the arcade at level 6 to walk around. Sensing that that place is too crowded, all of us went to Zone X at the Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Then Ivan received a call from his mom telling him and Nicole to go home. So all of us started to go off by MRT in our own directions and I bade farewell to all.

Sorry folks for the delay as I'm quite busy with my studies and gbwc recently. More importantly, I've joined Taekwondo as my major CCA. Last week, I even signed up for the NP Ambassadors. Went through the ice-breaking games and an interview date was arranged for me at the end. This Friday's timing from 4 to 4.10pm is still ok for me though. :) Don't know if I can go through this smoothly lol. Somemore, the mock grading for Taekwondo is coming on this thursday. Hope I can get pass and be able to proceed for the real grading in about 1 month's time. I believe there's gonna be alot of fine-tuning for everyone. But as of now, I'm still quite slacky since I can do well in the 2 most important modules, Engineering Maths 1 and ELTECH due to the fact that alot of info in these 2 modules are there just to help me refresh my memory of the maths and physics concepts in learnt in secondary school. Anyway, I just want to pray hard that I'm able to get a double for my grading and be able to master my kicks well. [My kicks seem to be of no impact at all even though I think I've put in the same effort as others, wtf. Somemore, if I want to really be able to go further ahead, it is important to master my techniques well.] Looking back, I would say that life in NP is really quite eventful to me as of now. Gotta rush out my ELCAD assignment now! bye!

sch's started

Ok, yesterday was the start of my new sch term at NP. I was quite excited when I could meet my classmates in my 1st class at blk 50. We had EG1, engine maths from 8 to 9 followed by compro, known as computer progrmming from 9 to 11. Then, me, Marcus and Johnson went for lunch at canteen 1. The food there is quite delicious among all the canteens in NP. After lunch, the 3 of us + Eileen and Vanu queued up for our books at the photocopy shop behind the library. The queues there were damn long man! But all of us were still in time for our classes at 12pm. :D The class at 12 was basically a non-examinable module, Engineering as a creative profession. My 1st project here came from there. In that lesson, we were taught skills on presentation, creativity and more importantly, research skills that are very essential to me. From 2 to 3, we had a break again. From 3 to 3.45, we had EG1 lab lesson with lcs again.[originally until 5, but dismissed earlier bcos it's our 1st day and he doesn't want to give us any hw+some of us hadn't installed scientific notebook yet] Then me and Johnson went to the tables beside LT51 for some revion on computer programming. [not easy though, but simple operations can be picked up easily] From 4.45 to 6, I researched on the project and went home sleepy and tired. Today, it rained heavily in the morning and i was abit late though the lecturer-in-place was also late due to the traffic conditions caused by the rain. Since all of us were not ready for his lessons yet, again we were dismissed at about 9 and here I am, at blk 26 now, typing this blog. I still have project discussion and ELTECH tutorial later. byez!

Ok, I just came back from the FOC camp at Ngee Ann Poly held from 3/5 morning to 6/5 afternoon. That camp was basically held for freshmen who just came in to Ngee Ann where they could meet new friends from different courses.The camp rocks but yet there were certain things I didn't like about the camp. Everyday, everyone in the camp were doing cheers and more cheers. Also, there were 2 disgusting things i had encountered/heard of during the camp. [but the 2nd one is too disgusting to be mentioned lol] All these will be described more in detail below.

1st day- basically introducing ourselves and getting to know more people within my sub-group in the division [spartan] I was assigned to through ice-breaking games. At night, we were watching movies and then going on a night-walk thru NP and then watching the movie Walking Tall after that. But the lunch that I had wasn't fufilling enough, so the 4 people [including me] at my table took an extra packet to share it among the 4 of us. After that, all the meals I had during the camp were fufilling enough for me, though I took an extra packet of food during the last day of camp's breakfast as all of us will not be eating until 3pm, which is the book-out time. But the 1st day was basically waiting and more waiting due the the 600+ people who had signed up for this camp which was unexpected. As a result, all of us only slept at 2.30 am. We basically rushed to bathe during the 1st 2 nights. The time i spent in the shower broke my own record indeed.

2nd day- as usual waking up at 8 am everyday during the camp. Learned alot of new cheers and campfire songs. [The most er-xin cheer was the part of the funky chicken where the geylang chick was mentioned] The afternoon was spent on games[the purpose was to collect clues which will help in planning the play] which were quite fun, especially the water slide. Also, everyone learned the mass dance which was to be done on that night and also the closing part of the camp. Luckily, all of us slept early today. [about 8 hours]

3rd day- very hectic! The morning was spent rehearsing/planning the play + pia zhui, afternoon on pool games. Then the busiest part comes at night. The performance at the cultural theatre, then the campfire [stayed at the field for 1/2 hour] and next, rock and roll! I managed to catch some winks halfway during the dance. I couldn't really sleep in peace for the whole night after I realised group leaders from another division used markers to draw on me[even if you sleep on the running track, they will still show you no mercy] at 3.30 am and they almost took pictures of me, but they didn't take after all. I immediately went to shower to clean off the markings and then take a short nap again but since I feared for my safety, I went down to chat with other group members until 6 am.

Last day- I went on to sleep from 6 am to 8 am, thinking that people would not sabo me during this time. But yet those seniors still drew on my legs and I wiped those markings away with a small towel immediately. ; ( Anyway, there were others who were even more pathetic than me. They got sprayed with Colgate, talculm powder and a few unlucky souls even got chilli sauce and curry sauce on their clothes lol. After my double breakfast, all of us went for photo-taking group by group. Finally, all of us went to the hall to clear up the sleeping area and pack our bags. Then came the ending speech and the mass dance. At the end, there was the prize-giving session and Spartan got 2 prizes for the best performance during the pool game and the best play. When we booked out, there was a de-brief by my group leaders and division head and we also took this chance to eat the snacks that we got as prizes. I went home at 3.30 pm. Despite the shortcomings that I experienced during the camp, I still enjoyed my stay and I loved the bonding part.

Starting off, I received a surprise from a site owner of a gb fansite on Friday. He had read my blog and he could see how much love I still had for Shipei. I may have already given her up but his sincerity+experince made me find a new reason to win back her heart. Thanks for your nice help lol! hehe~. Then at about 10pm on the same day, me, Chou Meng, Song Lin and Belamy went on an expedition to NTU and Jurong Hill, riding down steep slopes which really took away my breath. It was fun also.[can lose control riding downhill anytime and the speed achieved cannot be done by pedalling lolz] Of course, on the way to NTU, we stopped at the 24-hour coffeeshop for a bite before going on to NTU for cycling thrills. After we exited NTU, we proceeded on to Jurong Hill using the park connector. Going uphill to the top of Jurong hill was really very tedious indeed. We had to get off our bikes and drag them along to the tower at Jurong Hill. On the way, we even had to carry our bikes while climbing the staircase to the ground floor of the tower.[Luckily Song Lin was only roller-blading during the whole journey] Then all of us rode up to the top of the tower where we chatted and viewed the scenery from there. We also had sparring matches to see who feel down 1st among the 4 of us + 2 other guys we had met on the tower. After all the fun we had on the top of the tower, we went home going downhill and had a drink at Boon Lay 1st before going back again. After seeing my 3 friends off at Blk 527, I cycled home in less than 10 mins.
Then on Sunday, the 4 of us + Song Lin's friend + Meng Soon + Chou Meng's little bro + 2 aunties[ Chou Meng's mum and Song Lin's mum] had a bbq at the park connector on the Jurong lake stretch. I cycled to IMM to meet the 3 others guys I had mentioned much earlier to buy the ingredients for the bbq. Then I cycled back to 527 to gather with the rest. After cycling to Chinese Garden MRT to meet up with Song Lin's friend, all of us had to wait until 9.40 pm before everything was set up and we started eating only at about 9.50pm like that. Though the food was simple consisting of cheese balls snack, hot dogs and chicken mid-wings, everything was still ok.[Just doing all these for fun only lolz] We packed up and went home at about 10.45pm. A tiring evening indeed cycling from place to place for the bbq.

an eventful weekend

To begin with, I had went out with Song Lin, Belamy and Chou Meng on sat night on a trek to NTU frm Jurong West at about 10.15pm. We walked from Jurong West St 52 thru Boon Lay to Jurong West extension to have supper at 11.30pm 1st before catching a bus to NTU's residence halls. From there, we walked around the whole NTU+NIE campus. Fortunately, the whole experience wasn't as errie as I had previously thought. Maybe because there weren't any spirits as claimed by some people. The whole cmapus walk had drained the energy of the 4 of us, esp. when exiting at the Jalan Bahar exit. But yet we still lifted up our spirits and walked all the way till the Shell petrol station where we took a break before proceeding to Blk 527 Jurong West to collect my bike where I cycled home. I went to Chou Meng's house by bicycle by the way. Though my parents were nagging at me for being out for so long [I reached home at 2.45 am], I still managed to enjoy my expedition despite having mixed thoughts in my brain. On Sunday, me, Zhi Xin and Shi Pei met at Shaw Centre together at about 1pm. Me and Shi Pei were late by 10 mins [I arrived before Shi Pei] and ZhiXin had to wait for 20 mins for us to come. I was really excited when I could see both of them. [Asked Zhi Xin to intro himself to Shi Pei] We had lunch at Shaw Centre before proceeding to The Heeren. Since Shi Pei wasn't hungry, me and Zhi Xin ate 1st. During my lunch, we discussed about the gbpros.com old timers and FEEL forum stuffz. I was surprised when Zhi Xin told us that he had actually botted before using his 2 computers at home through a special method he had invented himself. Abit disappointed but forgot that very fast since he was once a pro when he was still playing gb. On the way, I tried to sing my modified version of 'xiao wei' which was 'Shipei' in my version. Zhi Xin and Shi Pei were shocked at the way I sang because that was like so off-tune to them and Shi Pei had to cover her ears to spare herself from the peril of being irritated. So, both of them told me to brush up on my singing by listening and singing more songs. At the Heeren, we went to HMV 3rd floor to look at new releases. I bought Eason Chan's 5000 secs special hits album which was quite popular. Shi Pei and Zhi Xin bought Lin Jun Jie's newest album which came with a free poster. [ZhiXin's copy was for a friend of his] Then, we went to the teenage zone situated at the top floor where we browsed through the shops there. Since Zhi Xin was camera-shy, only me and Shi Pei decided to take photo-cards which were cheaper compared to neoprints. So Zhi Xin went ahead to HMV to buy the album which was for his friend. The 2 of us waited quite long for our turn to come and use the machine. I felt very akward from the way I had posed for the camera. But then, Shi Pei still looks quite ok to me though she told me that some people think she looks ugly. By the way, I was still wondering what you did to the portfolio I had given you. Oh well... nvm. Zhi Xin compained to me that we took too long to take the photos and he was looking for us. When we went to the exit, omg! It was raining and we managed to go all the way to Plaza Singapura despite the small rain which was the aftermath of the downpour. I had asked Shi Pei if she needed the umbrella because I felt that she shouldn't expose herself to the rain especially when she had just recovered from her bout of fever. But then, i won't buy my mp3 player so fast yet. Before leaving PS for home, we went to Yamaha since Zhi Xin had wanted to buy guitar picks + Shi Pei also wanted to take a look at accessories which are necessary in maintaing her euphonium. All of us went to dhoby ghaut mrt station to take the mrt home though Shi Pei took the mrt only to orchard and then took a bus home which was faster for her. The meeting of the threesome has helped us to understand people better and also strengthen interpersonal relationships among every1. I love u all! u guys haf been great frens to me! Actually, I had jioed Shi Pei along to the outing bcos i could see how enthu me and him were when she could come to the outing. To me, this outing was one of the most successful ones I had with friends. u guys will remain in my heart 4ever, especially when i have a gd impression of u all. btw, Shi Pei will be the 2nd person to receive my special blessings. take care! tt's all for now. last sat, i went to the gb competition at the bugis junction arcade. i reached there at 4 pm while shipei reached there at 2pm. walao eh, y didn't u gif me a call/sms when u r going to the compy? ok, i sucked during the matches i played [only won 2] as i was tinking abt many things during the tourney [cannot concentrate lolx]. spent $15 juz on those matches. i felt sadded when shipei told me after our games in front of me that we can only be normal frens. she said: "i've treated you juz like a fren only. i have no feelings for u!" i was utterly disappointed when she told me this. o well, but life still has to go on for me. i was thinking if i had disappointed her in any way. and y isit that u still dunno abt my gd and bad pts after meeting u for 3 times liao? when the event ended with the prize presentation, me, shipei, talent and other pros went off together to have dinner. every1 chatted abt gb strategies. of course, i asked talent abt boomer tips and tricks. he paid for my bowl of laksa each of us had.[abit paiseh] talent also paid for shipei's bowl and the taxi fare[me, talent and shipei took the same taxi to bukit panjang plaza and i went home by 187]. he even offered the 2 movie vouchers to me and shipei which he had won frm the lucky draw. but i'm too embarassed to take the voucher lolz. bcos shipei also there mahz+i had to respect her decision. during the taxi ride, we discussed abt FEEL ppl and gb stuffs. i still managed to haf a nice afternoon though it's filled wif plenty of disappointment.

Last sat, I went out with shi pei to watch the movie white noise at plaza sg. The movie is based on scientific research about dead souls existing in electronic devices. I didn't really belive in those scientific evidence and shipei described it as superstition. I was late by almost 1/2 hour when i went to meet her at JE mrt station and i felt that I shouldn't be late. Bcos of my delay, we had to buy the 6.45 pm tickets instead of the original 4.25 pm tickets bcos we sitting 2gether mahz. Actually, I wanted to hold her hand during the show but i felt that this isn't the way to go for me. So the rest of the time was spent walking around with her in PS. I said I wanted to pay for her drink but she said she must pay me. I couldn't say much abt this bcos her ex-bf Shawn was also treated the same way. After the movie, we went to the PS foodcourt to eat though she didn't feel like eating while I ate. After that, we took the MRT back to jurong east though I insisted that i send her back to her home in CCK. Then she go back on her own lolz. On monday the 28th, i got back my GCE 'O' lvl results. I felt that I had done poorer than expected [more than 20+ for L1R5 bcos of humans] and my combined humans was a flop. Bcos in my sch, every1 had done quite well and even my frens who usually failed combined humans passed in the end. I just felt so odd bcos the standard in FHS is quite high. Then i toked to my fellow frens abt my results for awhile and then went to meet my darling shipei near css there to find some comfort in my heart. this time, we managed to tok more abt her gb endeavours. before I sent her off at the bus-stop nearby, i was about to give a kiss before she reminded me abt a classmate who's near her. Bcos my love for her is alrdy very strong. :D After making my decision on what I wanted to study in poly, I registered at the MOE's JAE website. The traffic there is so heavy that it took me a long time to get into the servers. I was alrdy panicking on what to do on thursday when MOE gave an announcement that the JAE will be extended till Monday 4pm. I was quite happy at MOE's decision. my post will be brief 4 now. i quitted my previous job as a retail asst. and got a new job at toyota's pandan service centre warehse thru the south-west CDC recommendation. my working hours r frm 8 am to 5.30pm, mon to fri. so far there's no OT 4 now. my job scope includes carrying car parts, binning and picking stuffs frm specified locations in the warehse. most small parts r light though some items r heavy/bulky. and when i come home every nite after work, i feel so tired tt i can sleep w'out worrying abt shipei. btw, i had made a serious decision to love her all the way. o lvl results will b out on monday and gd luck to every1!

1st of all, i would like to wish my family and frens a happy new year! ytd nite, i stayed awake and SMSed/ MSNed my greetings to all my frens. tt was fun! i slept at abt 2am and woke at at 9.30am tis morning. did nothing much except watching TV and gg out to Chinese Garden to watch the CNY displays and summore, admission is free. display is on frm 9/2 to 20/2. i tink i'll expect a busy day 2morrow since i'm visiting relatives on my mum's side and also visiting chou meng and his neighbours at the same time. to end off, kong hee huat chye!

Sorry 4 the delay but i'll post everything abt the event. the prom nite [or retro nite] was held on 28/1/2005, friday nite, 6.30pm. i reached the venue [Civil Service Club Tessensohn Clubhouse] at abt 6.15pm and many ppl were alrdy there which was unbelievable. took alot of pics AND videos but too bad i can't get the data cable 4 my HP or else i could haf let u guys see the pics. i wore a maroon-red shirt wif a golden yellow tie, + slightly spiked hair wif silver glitter. the ppl there r mostly dressed to the nines, though a few guys turned up in sports shoes/jeans/ short sleeves. dunno y so many ppl camera shy when i ask 4 photos. but the videos i took were quite exciting and enjoyable. the prom started wif the 8-course dinner [mine was non-halal] consisting of cold plate, shark's fin soup, steamed fish, crisp salted chicken, stir-fried prawns, oyster sauce caixin with mushrooms, lotus leaf fried rice and the dessert, yam paste. food was quite decent though we did nt haf much space to dance around at the front. when the 1st course was served, the emcee Justin Tan showed every1 a video of our past 4 yrs in FHS. it was so touching! during the dinner, teachers and the vice-principal who were present occupied 1 table. when the guests left, show time! we danced like siao and me + my classmates yoed all the way. and many of us were sweating like hell after the dancing. in the middle of dancing, the prom king/queen finalists [8 of them] were called out and asked to perform acts 4 every1. after all the acting, prizes were given 4 the titles of prom king, prom queen, best dancer and best [4get liao]. surprisingly, the prom king was kenneth fam who came frm my class and he got the title w'out any nice clothes/hair. isit bcos he's really so handsome? after the prom had ended, i asked 4 pics frm people, including the main organizers and other nice ppl. after all, they had tried to make the prom nite a success. when i stepped out of the CSC, it was alrdy 11.40 pm and my classmates were debating on whether to go to the kopitiam in the nearby area or the pub in west coast. [1 of my classmates is related to the owner, so the group can come to the pub] We debated till abt 11.55pm and we went to the kopitiam after voicing opinions and spent 40 mins there drinking, toking and crapping till there was the midnite surcharge. after tt, we arranged for taxis to take us home by breaking the big group into smaller groups. to me, the 50% extra on taxi fare didn't come tt cheap. i paid $7 to the other 3 ppl who r in the same taxi as me. the taxi's fast but it still took me 35 mins to reach home. overall, the prom nite was quite fun and we all partied to the max!

yay! bought a new hp on tues 25/1 and signed wif m1 4 2 yrs at $25.20month. though my mom complained abt the cost, i feel tt the price is ok. went to the open hse of NP and NYP last wk. i didn't manage to meet jeslyn bcos i was too late and i actually missed out terence then when i went to the jap booth. [both happened in NYP] knns! putting tt aside, i tink the best thing 4 me is 2 look 4ward 2 the prom nite or RETRO NITE 2morrow. as usual, i've been busy wif work which is tiring 4 me n i'm changing job after CNY. the fone i gt [panasonic X500] wasn't 2 gd as i had to use alot of brainpwr and time b4 getting everything configured myself. now i hope tt i can c as many ppl as possible at the prom. i went back to fhs quite sum time ago n i was shocked at hw mean the NEW principal was. [asking those w'out CCA to join games club, asking graduating ppl to retire early frm CCAs n there may b other policies by mdm woon tt i dunno.] gd nite guys.

2005, here we come! indeed, we received our new year wif the damaging tsunami tt caused a great loss of lives. hope tt ppl can do abit to help the victims by donating $ or supplies. celebrations yesterday nite were of the type where there were no fireworks or anything else significant. went to boon lay at abt 10pm yesterday nite wif chou meng 4 the countdown. supposed to haf a few others coming but they all either lazy or too tired. dunno y every1 seems to b in my way when i wan to do the things i wan. i noe ppl r concerned abt my safety and other problems even when i'm very stubborn and i do get very violent wif ppl sumtimes. 2005 wishes: hope tt i'll b able to receive a decent piece of cert in february, improve interpersonal relationships, change the way i communicate wif ppl, no more natural disasters and those affected by the tsunami can get their help ASAP. peace~ 2005 amitabha.

2day, 2 new ppl started work at my workplace 2day. i didn't noe who they were until lunchtime. guess wat? the 2 ppl were actually sebestian and randy frm 4E. woohooo! too bad i wasn't able to show the way to the canteen outside nypro since they gt a lift frm shinei's bus. the bad ting is tt i may haf to leave nypro 2morrow if transhub decides to transfer me back to philips. the gd ting is tt i wun b doing the boring and repetitive task agn and agn. but who noes? we'll see 2morrow.
went back to fhs at 7am 2day and alrdy so many ppl which is quite rare arnd tis period. asked go tien lye abt the tickets and he told me to b patient since more ppl will cum 4ward to buy tix when the new sch yr starts. dunno y i actually didn't ask abt the COP 4 fhs. more importantly, i left out asking abt the prom nite details. __ those selfish and ???? ppl who purposely set up their outing on the prom nite since those ppl haf a bad habit of ASSUMING. i tink tt the bet taken by them is too high and they will lose very badly. bcos usually only 3 out of 4 ppl invited to class outings wll turn up. tis view is shred by me and a few other ppl i noe. i started work yesterday wif a contractor company based at philips but shifted to nypro since only nypro has vacancies. contractors r very flexible as u see. didn't reallise tt i had nt update my blog 4 1 wk. bcos i tok only abt important things here. lolz. but i still prefer phillips bcos gt factory bus+the work nt so boring+other benefits. [i also need to observe cleanrm procedures bcos air in the production dept can't b humid] a tip 4 u guys: dun ever 4get ur small change when u go to ur factory or office to work bcos u surely need tt 4 ur kopi or teh or ur snacks frm the canteen vending machine. many canteens only haf machines now. but the fd in joo koon is cheaper than elsewhere, esp the drinks. i gt tis job when i was out on tuesday 4 sum 'offciial matter'. u guys shld noe hw happy i was when a junior told me abt the prom nite organized by a few ppl i noe. tt's my summary 4 2day. [i was jobless 4 abt 1 wk+ since my marketing job was too tough and 100% commission based]

since the topic says it all, i'll say sumthing abt the recent happenings. my 1st job didn't work well 4 me bcos it's too hard to sell the privelege cards frm unit to unit in 2 big blocks of flats in bishan. started playing ms on tuesday. quite fun killing snails and mushrooms. juz tt lvling up now is abit tough and i can't find any shop selling avatar 4 mesos. gone to quite a few places to get a gd job. not easy man.
